How much better is 5G (compared to 4G+)
The ease of use of the Versapers 5G has been improved by the filling opening with two input options. Straight from above, or from the side. Due to the indirect drive of the new pressure vessel, the seal of the pressure vessel is 100% leak-free. The intensive user will therefore no longer experience any juice leaking under the press barrel. The quality of the juice is excellent, without small fibers and therefore velvety soft.
The biggest advantage for you as a user is that the package also contains 3 extra popular accessories. An ice sieve, a citrus press and a storage rack. The Grove Ultem sieve has been discontinued, but can still be ordered as an option for €39 for those who would like more tangible fibers in the juice.
The ice sieve gives you the opportunity to make puree, compote or sorbet ice cream from soft ingredients. It is suitable for making sorbet ice cream from soft frozen fruits such as strawberries, bananas, etc., but not for grinding nuts or grains.
The citrus press was already an accessory for the Versapers 4G and 4G+, but is now included as standard in the package with the 5G. A wonderful accessory with which you can quickly transform your Versapers into an extremely powerful citrus press. Suitable for all citrus fruits and also for pressing pomegranates.
The storage rack is also a drying rack on which you can store the parts of the top set. This way they are neatly stored and can dry quietly on the rack before the next use.

What exactly is slow juicing?
You can do slow juicing with the new generation of juicers. Because the juice is pressed gently, vitamins and minerals remain intact.
